![]() ![]() Hi sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your AccountEdge Pro.ġ) When you open a company file with AccountEdge the program will create a series of lock or access files. These are used by the program to track your user information while in the company file. ![]() What can happen is if you don't close out of the program correctly those lock or access files remain, therefore when you next go to login they see that you are already logged in and prevent you from logging in again. I would recommend that you go to AccountEdge>Close AccountEdge rather than selecting the red cross to close down AccountEdge. This will make sure that AccountEdge has the appropriate amount of time close down.Ģ) This may be linked to the lock file situation as mentioned above. Some programs in particular anti virus and third party backup programs can scan data in real time.
